What is the shipping cost within Canada?

FREE SHIPPING for over $300! Yes, we offer free standard ground shipping within Canada for orders over $300 before tax! 

 

How will the packaged be shipped?

All orders within Canada ships with UPS or Canada Post.
All orders within the US ship with UPS or Fedex.
All international orders ship with UPS or Fedex.
(If requested, please inform a different shipping courier with customer service)

 

How long will it take to receive my package?

When the item is in stock, standard delivery will be roughly 8-14 business days depending on address location. If the item is not in stock, customer service will contact you with a delivery date.

Do you offer rush or expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer all methods of shipping. We will do our best to expedite the order and get your dress delivered before your event. Please contact customer service to confirm availability, pricing options and delivery dates.

How can I track my order?

Email customer service at orders@lamaisonbridal.com for order updates. A customer service representative will update your order within 24-48 hours. The tracking number will be emailed once the package departs from our store location.

I ordered multiple dresses; will they ship together?

We will do our best to ship all pieces together. Due to stock availability, some packages will arrive separately.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

All packages must be signed when your order is delivered.
