What steps do I take to exchange my dress?

  1. Contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your dress.
  2. You will receive an Exchange Merchandise Authorization number (EMA#)
  3. Ship the dress back within 3 days of receiving the exchange number
  4. Please write the exchange number on the outside of the package
  5. Customer service will contact you upon return arrival to warehouse.

How do I redeem my store credit?

Customer service will email the store credit for the full amount. Please call or email your next order to use the store credit.


When will I receive my exchange?

The exchange amount will be updated once we receive your dress. Please allow up to 3 business days for customer service to contact you. In stock exchanges will be shipped within 3-5 business days.


Additional Notes

  • Any additional item shipped when using store credit will incur shipping charges.
  • All international orders that incur duty on the return will be deducted from their total store credit.
  • Any item that is damaged, stained or odorous will not receive store credit.
  • All items exchanged must have original designer tag.
  • All packages refused, abandoned and returned back to La Maison will be deducted from their store credit.
  • Packages returned without an Exchange Merchandise Authorization number will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
  • Orders exceeding three exchanges will absorb the re-stocking fee per dress on any additional order.
  • All orders are deemed final sale after three business days. No exchanges allowed.
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours (and between 48 hours) of confirmation will incur a $50 cancellation fee. After 48 hours the orders are a final sale with an exchange option only.
